What You Will Do
Drive cross‑functional, high‑impact projects across Brands, focusing on Digital content initiatives. The role sits in the Brand organization and ensures delivery excellence on key projects such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Social media transformation, e‑commerce/retail media content, and supports pitch processes. You will coordinate complex projects as Project Manager and align strategy and execution with Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy cross‑functional and brand‑related strategic projects between Headquarters, European Headquarters, Local Organizations and partners; act as PM and coordinator and ensure structured project governance: timelines, milestones, KPIs, risk mitigation, reporting.
* Align and engage stakeholders at all levels to secure delivery and adoption.
* Manage rollout of new Haier Visual Identity and Tone of Voice across touchpoints ensuring alignment of timing and deliverables.
* Focus on consumer Social Media content production and execution in alignment with Headquarters.
* Lead Digital Asset Management (DAM) deployment and adoption across Europe.
* Coordinate digital transformation initiatives for the branding area: social media strategy PM, content governance, KOL/social selling, digital shelves.
* Oversee e‑commerce and retail media content delivery and manage daily collaboration and delivery with Headquarters.
What You Need To Succeed
Must have
* Experience with complex multi‑stakeholder projects in international or matrixed organisations.
* Education: Degree/Master in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
* Professional experience: Minimum 2‑3 years as account or project manager in marketing or digital marketing.
* Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication, positive attitude, strong teamwork capabilities and a predisposition to share and collaborate.
Technical Skills
* Strong project management skills, organization and prioritization.
* Proven track record in content development, social media programs or digital transformation.
* Analytical, solution‑oriented.
