We’re looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Operations coordinator who can ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate operations while driving excellence across the team. What You’ll Do - Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality, safety, and financial targets. - Achieve key objectives: goods receipt, picking, cycle counting, and administration. - Collaborate with our UK team through regular meetings to set goals and align priorities. - Act as the main point of contact for error resolution and customer escalations related to picking and shipping. - Implement and report monthly KPIs for receiving, picking, and shipping accuracy. - Work closely with brokerage, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely movement of goods from port to dock, including import/export documentation and compliance. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in warehouse coordination - Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage KPIs. - Proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to manage oneself autonomously - Fluent English is essential. - High school diploma or university degree required.
