Task Description
* Develop scientific algorithms in SAR remote sensing, image processing and mission analysis.
* Conduct engineering requirements analysis and flow‑down activities.
* Develop mathematical models and budgets for optical payload performance.
* Perform mission analysis for satellite optical systems.
* Carry out calibration activities for operational SAR systems.
* Understand the physical and functional architecture of satellite systems.
* Define and execute end‑to‑end verification approaches.
* Write technical documents and project reports.
Personal Requirements
The ideal candidate holds an engineering master’s degree, preferably with a Ph.D., and has strong analytical, problem‑solving, and statistical‑analysis skills for temporal and spatial data. Experience with scientific data analysis and a team‑working mindset are essential, as well as an openness to diverse cultures and collaborative problem solving.
