Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive material productivity and cost control within the Local Procurement team, owning supplier and category responsibilities to ensure continuity and value. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, and cross‑functional partners to deliver productivity actions and a robust RF plan. You’ll scout and onboard suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage supplier performance for components used in cooling units. This is a dynamic role in an international context with growth opportunities and exposure to multiple projects.

* Lead initiatives on technical material productivity and supplier/category management at site level
* Manage select categories and vendors to guarantee business continuity and cost control
* Select and onboard new suppliers, negotiate terms, and assure quality and service levels
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align procurement with forecast needs and demand‑driven decisions
* Participate in BOC to animate productivity actions and obtain approvals within P&L context, coordinating with R&D, Plant Quality and Procurement team
* Build and monitor a project pipeline to secure year‑over‑year productivity gains in collaboration with Buyers and Procurement Manager
* Support QVE days/actions and drive productivity improvements with Projects Managers, Marketing, Quality, and R&D
* Provide guidance to ensure effective category decisions and supplier performance across the supply base
Responsabilità
* 2-3 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain or Project Management
* Understanding of manufacturing processes
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel internationally (valid passport and USA visa)
* Knowledge of supply chain, supplier management, negotiation, market analysis, and cost modeling
* Ability to interpret engineering specs, drawings, BOM
* Project management knowledge and financial acumen
* Proficient in database management (Excel, PowerPoint)
