For a leading international premium lifestyle brand, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen and structure the Wholesale channel during a phase of strong international growth.
This role will act as the operational reference point for the B2B business, playing a key role in ensuring reliable data, efficient processes, and solid commercial execution in support of the Sales, Digital, and Business Analytics teams.
It is a hands-on, high-impact role, critical to scaling the wholesale business and supporting international expansion.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end wholesale operational processes
* Overseeing orders, pricing, contracts, and customer master data
* Handling the operational onboarding of B2B partners, including documentation and system setup
* Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all commercial tools and reports
* Supporting KPI reporting and data governance for the Front Office
* Working cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Finance, and Operations
* Supporting and optimizing digital wholesale processes (B2B platforms, ERP, tools)
* Driving continuous process improvement to support scalability and international growth
Profile
* 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Wholesale roles
* Background in startups or structured scale-ups
* Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets
* Familiarity with ERP systems and B2B wholesale platforms (JOOR, NuOrder, or similar)
* Fluent English is mandatory, as the role operates daily in an international environment
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
* Strong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Interest in premium fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
