Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front & Back Office role based in Blumau, Karneid. The position is responsible for managing daily front-office tasks such as welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting customers, suppliers and partners with general inquiries. Back office responsibilities involve assisting with finance-related tasks (such as invoice controls, preparation and data entry), preparing reports, and ensuring smooth internal communication between departments and our two plants. As a team member, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, service, procurement and administration to keep office operations efficient and well-organized.


Qualifications

* Back Office Operations skills, including document management, order processing, and data entry.
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and German, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. English as an important skill to communicate with our international partners.
* Responsiveness, problem-solving, and building positive relationships.
* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
* Ability to work on-site in Blumau and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, innovative environment. xjrgpwk
* Previous experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role is preferred.
