What we are looking for:
* Excellent English (native speaker or equivalent).
* Background in elementary teaching, or practical experience in early childhood education.
* Creative, open spirit with a love for outdoor life.
* Interest in alternative pedagogies (Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Scandinavian approaches or similar).
* Willingness to be part of a new project and to grow with it step by step.
We offer:
* A very small class (4 children to start).
