About this role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Health and Safety Coordinator
to support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations.
Support the Health and Safety team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.
Help organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Fluent in both Italian and English.
