Reporting to: M&A Manager
Join our team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through high‑impact transactions in a global environment.
What You’ll Do
* Manage M&A projects, timelines, and resources.
* Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess the financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.
* Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams.
* Support negotiations and prepare executive‑ready materials for executive leadership.
* Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field.
* Strong legal, financial, fiscal analysis and valuation skills.
* Project management skills across the full M&A lifecycle.
* Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
* 3+ years of M&A experience (advisory or in‑house).
