Grant Specialist at Roelmi HPC, Palermo, Italy.
Responsibilities
* Research and monitor funding opportunities (EU, national, regional) and evaluate requirements, constraints and deadlines.
* Analyze calls and public notices, synthesize regulatory provisions and define the application plan.
* Prepare administrative documentation for the application: forms, budget, technical annexes, support letters, declarations.
* Implement the approved project according to the plan (activities, timelines, budget).
* Monitor the correct application of administrative procedures required by financiers.
* Financially report: collect expense vouchers, verify eligibility and compile reporting tables.
* Interface and coordinate with reviewers, management authorities and other stakeholders for audits and controls.
Qualifications
* Degree in economics, law or management disciplines.
* 1–3 years of consolidated experience in administrative reporting of R&I projects.
* Knowledge of European, national and regional financing procedures (Horizon Europe, LIFE, Erasmus+, Interreg, PNRR, POR FESR, etc.).
* Good ability to read, analyze and synthesize.
* Familiarity with digital management platforms (Funding & Tenders Portal, Bandi Online Regione Lombardia, MIUR/PNRR platforms, etc.).
* Excellent Excel knowledge.
* Excellent English language proficiency.
* Problem solving and result orientation.
* Good dialogue, dynamism, proactiveness, organizational skills, precision and punctuality in performing assigned tasks.
Contract and Compensation
The contract type and economic treatment will be evaluated individually, in relation to the candidate’s actual abilities, competences and experience.
