On-site supervision and technical inspection of installation works related to Building Services Engineering (MEP) with a focus on HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning)Coordination and technical management of external installation contractors responsible for HVAC and other MEP systemsMonitoring the proper installation of HVAC/HKLS systems in accordance with design specifications, technical standards and project requirementsDocumentation of construction progress for MEP installations, including preparation of site reports and technical documentationReview and approval of quantity surveys, progress reports and performance records submitted by HVAC/MEP contractorsParticipation in project and site meetings, ensuring technical coordination with clients, planners, subcontractors and internal departmentsEnsuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards and all relevant legal requirements related to HVAC and MEP installation works
Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in mechanical engineering, supply engineering, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience as a construction manager in complex technical projectsIn-depth knowledge of monitoring and quality control of technical building equipmentProven experience in managing external companies and coordinating technical construction processesFluent written and spoken Italian and English (Italian language skills are essential), German skills are an advantageValid driver's licenseWhat we offer
