Consolidation & Financial Reporting Associate
The candidate selected will be part of the Group Accounting, Consolidation & Financial Reporting team carrying out the following activities:
• Perform accounting activities following established policies and procedures to ensure execution of daily activities in a timely and effective manner
• Create and maintain master data information to ensure quality and update of data
• Collect, analyses, consolidate financial data, and develop basic reports to provide insight for effective decision making
• Keep in contact with subsidiaries local teams to ensure a fluent communication to support the consolidation process
Requirements:
• Master Degre in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• New graduate or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within Industrial Companies or in consultancy/auditing companies.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles ( IAS/IFRS).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pay attention to details.
• Ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in standard desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.
• Knowledge of consolidation process from an accounting perspective is a plus.
