Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.What will you doArrow is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Business Support Team in Florence, Italy. This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and will report to the Inside Sales Manager. There is a tremendous chance to develop our business to be even more successful.Responsibilities
Proven experience in customer support via telephone and emailAbility to manage estimates and orders efficiently, from inception to invoiceStrong collaboration skills to address various supplier-related activitiesDeep understanding of customer and supplier portfoliosProactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customersDiligent follow-up on sales cases and orders through to executionTeam player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond
Qualifications
Business proficiency in Italian and in EnglishAt least 3 years' experience in sales back office or operations is preferredTechnical or commercial educationAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Being comfortable working both independently and as a team memberProactive, very extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexibleTaking responsibility for the dutiesWorking under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can-do attitudeFacing challenges, involving continuous changes and ready to step up to demonstrate successful completion of the casesAccuracy is a must in this position
