<p>We are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an <strong>HR Consultant</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.</li><li>Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.</li><li>Identify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.</li><li>Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Required:</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Masters Degree AND 3+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience.</li><li>Employee relations case handling</li><li>Disciplinary processes</li><li>Investigations / grievances</li><li>Hands-on HR operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Nice to have:</strong></li></ul><p>1+ year(s) employee relations experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>CCNL Commercio 2° livello</li><li>A partire dai 40.000 euro</li><li>Ticket Restaurant: €7</li><li>Modalità ibrida e flessibile</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong></p><p>Milan, Italy</p><p><br></p><p>If you’d like to challenge yourself in a dynamic and innovative environment, send us your application: we’re looking forward to hearing from you!</p>
