ADHR Group's Permanent Recruitment Division is seeking a Project Coordinator .
The selected candidate will be responsible for all project management phases, with key responsibilities including:
* Drafting the schedule in coordination with the Site Manager;
* Monitoring the progress of activities (purchases, safety documents, site inspections, etc.);
* Providing technical support to the procurement office for supplier and subcontractor inspections;
* Ensuring the proper use of safety devices and compliance with safety procedures;
* Controlling execution timelines, budget adherence, and scheduled milestones;
* Preparing progress reports (SAL and SIL) both active and passive;
* Identifying solutions to technical and economic issues.
Requirements:
* Experience in the construction sector;
* Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD;
* Proficiency in Primus software by Acca;
