Role Overview
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a key strategic partner to the Off-White™ team, supporting employees through the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with teams across departments — from design and merchandising to staff functions — helping to align talent strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers to understand business goals and design HR strategies that support performance, engagement, and growth.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
* Deal with employee relations, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
* Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Support career development plans.
* Liaise with HR Administration, Legal, and Finance teams on employment-related matters.
* Contribute to HR projects and help establish corporate policies for the Italian market.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in the fashion, retail, or creative industries.
* Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust across levels.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Proactive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive mindset.
