It oversees the drug lifecycle from process optimisation to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management, driven by Operational Excellence. The model is powered by four manufacturing sites – Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) – and a virtual plant network of external partners.This is what you will doAs an Affiliates Manager, you will ensure the highest quality standards across global operations, aligning closely with Global Technical Operations & Supply. You'll manage and enhance quality systems in affiliate locations, leading initiatives that support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.You'll be a key liaison between affiliates and the central quality team, fostering collaboration to harmonise processes and standards globally. Your expertise will drive projects that elevate quality frameworks, ensuring products meet the utmost safety and efficacy standards.You'll engage cross‐functional teams to implement quality enhancements, contributing to a culture of excellence and integrity.
