Overview
For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
Your Impact
As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.
Main Responsibilities
Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs
Participation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs
Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses
Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products
Support and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices..)
Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required
Manage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach
Problem solving and focus on results
Good communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Computer (Microsoft Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Any additional language is an advantage
SAP knowledge is a plus
Would Appreciate a Person that is
Interested in the Logistics operations in Fashion & Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
