The role involves managing payroll activities and personnel administration, preparing payrolls, handling annual compliance obligations, and processing procedures related to social insurance activations. Direct support will be provided to the client.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in payroll, personnel administration or HR consulting, preferably in an international setting.
* Good command of English.
* Motivation and enthusiasm for professional activity.
* Initiative and results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent relational skills and ability to work in a team and with clients.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
* Strong knowledge of Zucchetti payroll applications.
