Some successful examples of our new experiences, we call "Fever Originals", include the "Candlelight Concert Series" attended by over 3 million guests, "Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience" co-produced with Netflix, "The Bridgerton Experience" co-produced with Netflix and the "Mad Hatter G&T Party", all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 1000 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, and Sydney. In order to pursue our objective, we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Essential Job Functions: This will be a full-time touring position. You will be expected to travel 100% of the year. Any weeks not traveling, will be spent working remotely. Reporting to the Technical Director and working under the supervision of the Tour Manager, your general responsibilities include: - Ability and desire to tour full-time. - Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsal/training, maintenance, and evening show performances. - Highly organized and efficient. Time management and effective communication skills are key. - Leadership skills and experience directing local teams during load-in and load-outs. - A quick-thinking problem-solver with the ability to find strategic solutions, during time constraints and at times a high-pressure environment. - Collaborative approach and willingness to evolve all aspects of the department, including regular reviews and incorporation of better safety protocols, operating procedures, and team dynamics. - Preserve the ongoing, long-term "opening night" quality, the designer's vision, and the artistic integrity of the production according to the needs of artistic, technical, and company management. - Maintain a safe working environment at all times, by adhering to all established safety policies and procedures, tour rules and regulations; participate in all required safety classes. - Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads, walk, stand, sit, crouch, bend, stretch and reach. - Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with the tour's technical team, Stage Manager, Tour Manager, Artists, and Artistic Direction. - Accept all other duties as assigned by the Technical Director within working hours and based on individual capabilities. Job-Specific Requirements: - Under the Technical Director's supervision, act as support and as backup for technical departments, which can include, but not limited to, audio, lighting, rigging, video, scenic, props, and wardrobe. - Oversee technical elements, duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining scenic and props elements, overseeing and troubleshooting interactivity screens, and assisting the Front Of House Manager as needed. - If needed, assist the Stage Manager by delivering cues to the actors. - Participation in the turnover of the space in between shows, will include but not limited to: resetting scenic elements and props, picking up, mopping, and/or vacuuming. - Willingness to learn other department's show tracks to provide contingency in case of the absence of another crew member, this can include operating the tech boards. - Assist in the setup and maintenance of technical, scenic, props, and operational equipment. - Participate in load in/load out and setup/teardown activities. - Be present and available for all artistic rehearsals as requested by the Stage Manager and/or Technical Director. - Assist in identifying guest disruptions or accidents during a performance and informing Tour Management, Stage Management, and security when an issue arises on the show floor. - Inform the Tour's Technical Director and Department Head of any element that is malfunctioning or in need of repair. Follow through until the element is fixed. - Assist in cross-training both tour and local staff in the duties of this position to provide contingency in case of absence. - Attend weekly meetings, keep a record of daily tasks, setup and teardown procedures, and maintain documentation as needed. - Provide assistance to other tours if training is needed or in case of an emergency, and schedule permitting. - Previous experience in live entertainment or theater production - A minimum of two to three years' experience in the entertainment industry as a technician or technical assistant - Comprehensive knowledge of running show tracks alongside other technicians, stage managers, and performers. - Understands a theatrical team operation and can follow theatrical company org charts. - A general knowledge of tools, equipment, and
