We're expanding our Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning services across the UK. We're hiring a Remote Sales Advisor to engage clients remotely and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
The Role: You'll manage inbound and warm leads, present cleaning solutions, and ensure clients are satisfied throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Recommend cleaning services tailored to customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth booking handovers.
