You'll be empowered to lead, supported to grow, and proud of the impact we create together.Your role and responsibilitiesYou will play a key role in optimizing internal and external production organization's assembly methods, processes, and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting business targets for quality, efficiency, cost, and safety. You will be in charge of making effective production methods, cycle times, equipment performance and materials to support production objectives. You will also support suppliers to contribute to new production process development by defining working phase sequences aligned with product cost and equipment investment targets.Key responsibilities
Approve internal and external process designs and perform final project testing.Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in line with timeline, quality, and cost targets.Support production during process and equipment start-up through action plans and training activities.Evaluate and introduce new process technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Support daily production continuity to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications for the role
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Management Engineering.Skilled in lean production methodologies.Passionate about innovation, production processes and sustainability.Strong problem solving attitude.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
