This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our packaging products. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and execute complex production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity. /li liAnalyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. /li liManage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and maximize availability, utilizing advanced planning systems. /li liCollaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. /li liLead efforts in demand planning and forecasting, incorporating market trends and historical data. /li liImplement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and system enhancements. /li liMentor and support junior planners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. /li /ul h3Job Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. /li liProven experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP) is essential. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. /li liExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li liDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing setting. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
