As HSE Intern, reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support the HSE Manager in leading operative risk assessments in workplace organization and in the execution of the WCM program. Furthermore, you will be a reference for Safety culture in the Genga plant. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport HSE Leader in the realization of operative instruction and procedure (SOP/OPL) including LOTOV instruction for new machine/equipment /li liSupport EHS Plant Leader in Risk Assessment /li liSupport EHS Plant Leader for ISO 14001 and 45001 activities /li liProvide administrative support to HSE Department managing documents, and maintaining records /li liCollect Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition coming from the plant daily activities /li liSupport HSE Plant Leader in leading WCM Safety and Environmental Pillars. /li /ul h3Knowledge Growth Opportunities /h3 ul liWide training on HSE/WCM methods with specific focus on health and safety best practices. /li liHands on approach with challenging and interesting tasks during the internship period. /li liPossibility of working in a team in a multinational company with great external visibility. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate /h3 pYou have a Master's Degree in the Engineering sector or other related qualifications (for example Prevention and Environmental Technologies or Management) and have a good knowledge of Italian and English.
