Responsibilities
* Drive high-priority company initiatives. Work on a broad range of strategic and operational projects across the company, taking ownership of complex initiatives, coordinating across functions, and ensuring excellent execution.
* Support financial planning and business performance. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and analyses that help us understand performance, evaluate trade-offs, and make better decisions.
* Increase the effectiveness of the organization. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across teams and processes, and help design systems, workflows, and operating mechanisms that enable the company to scale.
* Leverage AI and automation. Use AI, automation, and better processes to reduce unnecessary manual work, improve decision quality, and increase the effectiveness of the company’s operations.
Qualifications
* Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure your ideas sharply, resist biases, and pay attention to details that matter.
* Financial rigor. Strong technical foundation in finance, comfortable building financial models, analyzing business performance, working with large datasets, and reasoning about budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and investment trade-offs in complex environments.
* Drive. Extremely ambitious, with initiative, effort, and tenacity matching the intensity of ambition; deeply responsible for your work and holding yourself to a high and rising bar.
