About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide product and service information to customers
* Notify customers of repair status
* Enter relevant data into the customer database and update existing customer information
* Manage reports and document call information accurately and efficiently
* Research required information using available resources
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Root calls to appropriate resources
* BUILD strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and responding appropriately
* Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in emotionally charged situations
Interface (Customers and Suppliers):
* Contact Center Supervisor and Agents
* CLOSE COOPERATION WITH ALL COLLEAGUES OF THE SERVICE ORGANIZATION
