Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.What The Job Looks LikeProcessing & Analysis of the forecasts received from the customers;Managing and planning of coded materials supplies;Defining the delivery time of materials required for the execution of the Production plan;Issuing Purchase Orders in accordance with MRP needs and monitoring of POs status;Management of material reminder to suppliers, call off management;Master Data maintenance and specifically of planning data (Lead time, MOQ, safety stock, safety lead time, reorder point, BOM, PV and Recipes);Sharing rolling forecasts of purchasing requirements to suppliersImplementing and updating KPIs to monitor supplier performance, inventory level and obsolescence risks; take corrective actions to mitigate destruction risks.What You'll Bring To The TableBachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration;English language (B2/C1);Good knowledge of major computer tools (Office package: Word, Excel, PPT)Relational skills and aptitude for working in cross-functional teams and aptitude for teamworkLocation: Origgio (VA)Grünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
