For our Operations Strategy & Excellence Team we are looking for a Manager Business Excellence based in our Manufacturing and Technology center in Crespellano PM MTB is Philip Morris International’s Center of excellence, worldwide recognized for prototyping, mass-volume production, and employees’ training on smoke-free products. PM MTB employs more than 1000 employees and its production site of Crespellano is one of the most advanced manufacturing venues in Italy for technology innovation, competencies development and talent recognition. Your ‘day to day: - Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of critical business processes to deliver business impact, bringing thought leadership and driving decisions through objective analytics and outside in knowledge - Lead the deployment of the business excellence model across the functions to build people capabilities and bring sustainability in the way of working, as per established deployment strategy. - Assess the organization capabilities and maturity vs. deployed excellence capabilities, as per established plan and KPIs. Diagnose functions activities and identify know-how and organizational behaviors that are barriers to excel - Continuously review operations best practices and current best approaches to ensure they are shared, adopted and integrated into the model and deployed to the relevant function Who we’re looking for: - 5-8 Years of corporate experience - Successful work experience in Operations at scale (global functions/large market) within - Consulting/FMCG/Consumer electronics/E-commerce companies - Background in Operations or top-tier consulting - Demonstrates successful track record of performance throughout the career - Previous exposure to senior/executive management - Previous experience at project-based organizations - Experience with Business Excellence, demonstrates how using Business Excellence Capabilities has delivered breakthrough process & performance improvements - Able to gather Experience gathering insights from for outside in benchmarks, ways of working, bringing various related source of data and strong analytics skills to make the case for change objecti What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
