Your role
* Within the designated area (South Italy) perform installation, configuration, maintenance and support on assigned hardware and software products (Middleware and Automation Software)
* Ensure complete execution of all preventive and reactive maintenance on the assigned software
* Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions
* Work within local Customer Service team to delight Customers
* Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes
* Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues
* Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit
Your expertise
* Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company
* Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure
* Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis
* Previous experience in Medical IT activities
* Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives
* Communication skills – make complex issues easy to understand
* Fluent in English (written and verbally)
* Resident in Campania or in nearby cities
* Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
