Your Mission
We seek an experienced Senior Account Manager to guide customers through their post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation programs.
- Post-Sales Strategy: Own the customer's overall adoption strategy, building and maintaining the customer's comprehensive value delivery plan to achieve stated objectives
- Account Management: Lead and orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery from planning to realization, coordinating across workstreams to ensure timely implementation of automation solutions
- Value Fluency and Management: Understand and advise on how best to define, deliver, and realize value that aligns with stated objectives
- Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to success milestones
Key qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in senior account management roles with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Good understanding of Automation/RPA platform capabilities
- Experience with professional services and attachment motions for support/services
- Fluency in English and Italian languages
- Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in SaaS or RPA space
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive results
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute customer success strategies
