Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.Primary FunctionCreate visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop and shape the overall layout and production design for the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate reports and more.Key Performance AreasPlanning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.Communicating with Creative Director about layout and design.Handling the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.Study design briefs and determine requirementsSchedule projects and define budget constraintsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by handUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designTest graphics across various media and amend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandCore Competency FrameworkKnowledgeBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia designExperience2-3 years of proven graphic designing experience.Experience as a graphic designer, demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Video editing and Motion Graphics design experiences preferred.Excellent communication skills.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.AttitudeA strong eye for visual composition, a keen eye for aesthetics and details.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Have a natural eye for design and color and design imaginative content that effectively resonates with their audience.Has a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.Communicate well and work methodically as part of a teamAbility to inspire and attract the target audience.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
