Attualmente è alla ricerca di personale da inserire nel ruolo di Project Manager per la gestione di progetti per Yachts e residenze di lusso.
Il Project Manager si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
· Coordinamento di progetti a commessa.
· Presidio dello stato di avanzamento di progetto: attività, tempi e costi.
· Gestione dei rapporti con i vari referenti aziendali e fornitori esterni.
· Gestione di eventuali problematiche legate ai progetti.
· Preparazione report settimanali/mensile per il cliente e per il management.
· Viaggi sul territorio o all'estero per presenziare ai meetings.
Le seguenti conoscenze/abilità sono richieste:
· Laurea in Ingegneria e/o Architettura
· Utilizzo di applicativi Microsoft Office e/o similari
· Conoscenza lingua inglese fluente (C1 o superiore)
· Precedente esperienza lavorativa nel settore (1+ anni in un ruolo analogo)
· Capacità di utilizzo di software CAD
· Problem solving
· Pianificazione e capacità di analisi costi/benefici
· Precisione ed attenzione al dettaglio nell'esecuzione dei tasks.
· Elevata capacità di teamworking.
· Capacità di seguire le indicazioni del direttivo e prendere iniziative quando richiesto.
· Buone capacità comunicative sia in italiano che in inglese, scritto e parlato.
Le seguenti conoscenze saranno valutate come un plus:
· Buona conoscenza seconda lingua straniera.
· Buona conoscenza di MS Project
· Buona conoscenza di AutoCad

Yachtline 1618 S.p.A. is a leading company in the construction and fitout of interiors for yachts and private residences and it is always looking for brilliant and capable staff.
We are currently looking for personeel to cover the role of Project Manager for our Yachts and Luxury residential projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and superintendents in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience. A degree in construction management is a plus.
The Project Manager takes care of the following activities:
· Coordination of the project
· Monitoring of the project progress: activities, time and costs control.
· Management of relations with the various company representatives and suppliers
· Management of any problems related to the projects.
· Preparation of weekly / monthly reports for the client and for the head management
· Travel on the territory or abroad to attend meetings.
The following knowledge/skills are required:
· Degree in Engineering and / or Architecture
· Full knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
· Fluent English (C1 or higher)
· Previous experience is preferred (One or more years in a similar role)
· Good capability of use of CAD software
· Problem solving
· Planning and capacity for cost / assets analysis
· Precision and attention to detail
· Teamworking
· Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
· Good communication skills in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
The following knowledges/skills will be evaluated as a plus:
· Good knowledge of other foreign language
· Good knowledge of MS Project
· Good knowledge of AutoCad
