Field TechnicianDo you have the technical skills to support our customers around Italy? What would you do as our Field TechnicianReporting to the Italy Country Manager and the Regional Technical Director of Traka South Europe, you will join a growing Italian team, gaining deep expertise in Traka key‐management systems and playing a strategic role in consolidating the launch and growth of Traka's brand‐new Italian branch, directly contributing to customer success. This position is a field‐based role with frequent travels across Italy (~70%).
Performing preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and training end‐users on the Traka application and best‐practice workflows.
Installing and commissioning key cabinets and locker systems and assisting with software installation & configuration, ensuring seamless integration.
Delivering exceptional customer support by diagnosing and resolving incidents, including performing on‐site repairs and component replacements.
Has a technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma or higher), or equivalent relevant hands‐on experience in electronic and mechanical assembly.
Is willing to travel across Italy, has a valid driving license and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Has IT knowledge for user/support level and a valid Workplace Safety certificate (Electrical or Construction) – a strong plus.
