We are 13,000 employees, we operate globally with 60 global offices and we serve over 4,800 customers worldwide. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliRequirements Development: Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements that accurately reflect organizational needs and guide software design. /liliStakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted interface with internal stakeholders, external clients, software engineers and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle. /liliDocumentation Specifications: Create, review and finalize critical project artifacts including requirements specifications, change requests, software specifications, user interface designs, traceability matrices and product documentation. /liliOperational Reporting: Prepare and update operational reports from ERP systems ensuring accurate financial and operational insights for Finance and Controlling teams. /liliCollaboration Communication: Facilitate effective communication across cross‑functional teams ensuring that client expectations are met and technical teams have precise guidance. /liliAnalytical Excellence: Apply strong analytical and data‑gathering skills to identify gaps, validate requirements and support informed decision‑making. /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliMasters degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a quantitative field. /lili25 years of experience in controlling, business operations, ERP support or financial processes. /liliFamiliarity with ERP logic, financial processes or workflow tools (experience with PPM systems is a plus). /liliStrong analytical mindset with expertise in requirements gathering and documentation. /liliProven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution. /liliExceptional client‑facing communication and relationship management skills. /liliDetail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, traceability and quality assurance. /liliProblem‑solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. /liliExcellent knowledge of Italian and English. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliPermanent employment contract. /li /ulh3Important notes /h3pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /ppWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes or assessing responses.
