General Requirements
S1 in Interior Design or Architecture
Minimum 5 years experience (hospitality projects preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape / D5 / Vray, and other supporting software
Understand design process from concept to GFC and site supervision
Able to lead a team and mentor junior designers
Strong portfolio in hotel / villa / restaurant projects (attach during application)
