PpGivenchy Italy is a subsidiary of Givenchy SA based in Paris, part of LVMH group. /p pAs HR Manager Italy you will oversee all the activities related to HR for Italian employees. /p pThe HR Manager will report to the Accessories Operations Director Italy and functionally also to HR Department based in HQ, Paris. /p pPotential start date: July or September 2026. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libAdministration Payroll /b ul liManage and Supervise all HR documentation (offer letter – contracts) related to the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies, in collaboration with external labour consultant and lawyer. /li liHandle all HR administrative and back‑office activities (LVMH System, Presence Attendance system etc) ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. /li liBe the main point of contact for employee requests. /li liManage the pay‑sheet, insurance, welfare program with external labour consultant. /li liEnsure effective implementation of LVMH processes, including performance review, talent review and compensation in collaboration with Compensation Vantaggi in Paris. /li liEnsure HC / salary mass monitoring in line with HQ requirement and follow up budget controlling for Italy liaising with Finance and CB. /li /ul /li libRecruiting Talent Development /b ul liAct as Business Partner for managers to support day‑to‑day HR topics and people management. /li liManage recruitment activities, fostering Group mobility as a prior source of talent. /li liManage internal induction for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. /li liManage Talent Development activities in accord to HQ and LVMH initiatives. /li liBe the ambassador of Career Compass LVMH for Givenchy in Italy, focusing on people development and anticipating succession planning. /li /ul /li libLegal and Disciplinary /b ul liBe the main point of contact for legal topics and policies implementation or review. /li liIn collaboration with external lawyer, manage all the disciplinary cases, preparing documents and letters. /li liLease with 231 Organismo di Vigilanza for all the procedures. /li /ul /li libTrainings Employer Branding /b ul liSupport LVMH activities for HR projects and initiatives (e.g. Diversity Inclusion, Talent Development, Work‑life balance, Employer branding etc), liaising with HQ in Paris. /li liManage local training and development initiatives, with the support of external provider and external training funds where applicable. /li liShare Givenchy HQ activities to implement at local level. /li /ul /li libHealth and Safety /b ul liManage RSPP and doctor collaboration for recurrent mandatory law activities: yearly meeting for safety, yearly fire evacuation test, analysis work‑related stress. /li liApprove Purchase Order and validate some expenses respecting the budget. /li /ul /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pAt least 7/8 years of experience in HR in a Business Partner role in multi‑site and dynamic environments. Experience in operational HR in an industrial/production environment. Knowledge of the local industrial ecosystem / competitors. Solid experience in handling all main HR, including disciplinary processes, administrative and organizational changes. Knowledge of performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes. Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanities or related fields – a Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus. Act in fast and agile context. Coaching/developmental skills is a plus. Analytical skills/ at ease with numbers. Fluent in English. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
