The next Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible of the following activities:
* Lead multisite operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, and top-in-class manufacturing standards across facilities in North East Italy
* Oversee daily operations, liaising with plant production managers and ensure optimal resource utilization across all departments
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry premium practices
* Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics effectively
* Foster a culture of accountability and innovation across the organization
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
