Internship Overview
We are inviting interns to join the IT Project Management Team. The internship will allow interns to cooperate with senior professionals in an international environment and support projects/programs by applying consolidated methodologies such as PMI/Agile in a top‑level finance context, particularly in consumer finance business, credit product/processes and multi‑channel services. AI is strongly sponsored as a key enabler for efficiency and innovative problem‑solving.
Learning Objectives
* Apply AI tools and solutions to support project activities, improve efficiency and foster innovative problem‑solving approaches.
* Develop activity planning skills to organize tasks, priorities, timelines and project milestones effectively.
* Prepare status reports to monitor progress, highlight key achievements and identify potential risks or issues.
* Support financial monitoring activities by tracking budgets, costs, forecasts and project‑related financial indicators.
* Track communications and documentation to ensure proper information flow, follow‑up and project traceability.
* Understand the fundamentals of credit products, related processes and core finance principles within a banking context.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate tasks for project/program execution and portfolio management.
* Assist in the planning and monitoring of project deliverables.
* Contribute to the preparation and presentation of status updates.
* Support the management of project documentation and communication channels.
* Apply PMM and Agile practices in line with corporate standards.
Requirements
* Studying Economics or Management Engineering (preferred).
* Strong skills in MS Office.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Smart and collaborative attitude.
* Comfortable in personal communication.
* Cross‑cultural open mind.
