Who we are looking for The Marketing CRM Intern will support the Italy CRM & Customer Operations Manager and his team in the following activities: - Supporting and assisting in the analysis of results and impact of CRM campaigns (e.g. mailing and telemarketing activities) - Monitoring campaign results and supporting the delivery of strategic projects - Preparing internal meetings presentations and managing relations with external providers - Support in the design of creativity content of CRM campaigns and the correct cascading on different channels What you'll need You're the right person if you - Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar - Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint - Fluent in English and willing to work in an international company - Are passionate about customer behavior and communication - Possess strong statistical skill and analytical capabilities - Have a strong inclination to data analysis combined with the same attention to business impacts - Possess critical thinking, clear and open communication, relational and team-building skills
