What We're Looking For
We offer a seasonal opportunity from April to October as a Sales Assistant in one of the most exclusive locations in Taormina, where the beauty of Sicily meets the timeless elegance of Italian luxury. Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team in all daily activities.
* Greet and assist customers with attention and professionalism.
* Handle client correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and special requests.
* Analyze customer needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
* Manage returns, exchanges, and service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Stay up-to-date with trends and high-end products to be always in tune with the fashion world.
* Help maintain an impeccable store environment.
* Actively collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
* Assist in visual merchandising and store displays.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail or luxury sectors.
* Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
* Excellent customer service skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
* B2-level English required (additional languages will be considered a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for fashion and luxury, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
