Learn more about diversity & Inclusion at Epta HERE .Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€esperienza2 anniresponsabilita'Key Responsibilities: Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders); Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities; Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary; Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers; Invoicing processes and instruct the customs broker for the export formalities; Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services); Complete export documents (customs documents); Completing delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet); Complete import documents and manage import operation Give instructions to a customs broker (check customs documents and provide correct information for the import formalities); Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers; Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport); Dealing with various back-offices and work in synergy with different countries and cultures.qualificheExperience: 1-3 years.
