For our Porto Cervo location in Costa Smeralda, one of the most prestigious summer destinations in Europe, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager during the season.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in an international, high-end and fast-paced hospitality environment.

Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the gelateria, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experience and strong team coordination.
You will help maintain the high standards that define the La Pasqualina brand while working with an international clientele.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store
- Assist with team coordination and supervision during service
- Ensure a premium customer experience and high service standards
- Maintain excellent product presentation and store organization
- Support stock management and operational procedures
- Help maintain the artisan quality standards of La Pasqualina
Requirements
- Previous experience in a gelateria is mandatory
- Experience in hospitality, café, pastry or high-volume food service
- Strong team spirit and leadership attitude
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
- Professional attitude and passion for customer experience
Languages required:
- Italian
- English
- French (highly appreciated due to international clientele)
Other requirements:
- Driving licence and own vehicle (automunito)
