This job involves providing technical assistance to users regarding issues related to hardware (HW), software (SW) and PC and printer installations; organizing maintenance interventions on equipment and automation systems by interacting with external suppliers; analyzing operational needs and providing technical support to operational departments to implement new processes; testing warehouse management system (WMS) developments; training personnel (internal and external) on new procedures or functionalities; drafting user guides; providing assistance with delivery/programmation during new implementation development and releases; supporting the maintenance team to resolve problems; performing marginal activities of help desk; performing tasks in accordance with workplace safety regulations (D.Lgs.).
