The role
We’re looking for a Community Manager to join the team at our Calabiana campus in Milan. Your mission will be to cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and dynamic environment—strengthening connections, driving community initiatives, and bringing the Talent Garden experience to life every day.
Responsibilities
* Welcome members and guests, supporting front desk operations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
* Build strong relationships through regular 1:1s, helping members connect and grow within our ecosystem
* Plan and deliver community events—workshops, networking, informal meetups, and talks
* Coordinate with colleagues to deliver sponsorship activities across the campus
* Create and share newsletters and communications to promote events and community highlights
* Manage the community budget, ensuring effective use of resources with a focus on ROI
* Collaborate with the Sales team to amplify business opportunities for the campus
* Use internal tools and Talent Garden offerings to create value for members and partners
* Stay informed on local innovation trends and events to keep the community inspired
* Solve day-to-day challenges with the Hospitality Manager to maintain a vibrant coworking space
* Support the Isola campus when needed, ensuring alignment across locations
About you / Qualifications
* Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles and are a naturally social person who energizes others, becomes a point of reference, and contributes to a vibrant community atmosphere.
* Are passionate about the innovation and startup ecosystem, and enjoy being part of a forward-thinking community
* Engage with the local tech and digital scene, staying informed and actively participating in relevant events and networks
* Build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, adapting your tone and communication style to different contexts
* Approach challenges with creativity and initiative, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles
* Design and deliver impactful events, from ideation to execution, tailored to the needs and energy of your audience
* Manage budgets with attention to detail and ownership, ensuring resources are used effectively and responsibly
* Create and plan content strategically, using digital tools to craft newsletters, editorial calendars, and community updates
* Stay focused, organized, and collaborative even in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
* Based in Milan and available to be physically present at our Calabiana campus on a daily basis (Via Arcivescovo Calabiana, 6)
* Communicate fluently in both Italian (native level) and spoken and written English
Benefits
* Access to all our co-working spaces across Europe
* Free access to all our Master courses
* EdenRed meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like
* Mum & Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child
* An extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations
* December 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays
* Company-provided MacBook
* Access to discounts, events, and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces
* P.S. We’re pet-friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friend to work!
