Location: Acate, Sicily (on-site)
Elmya Group is currently looking for a Local Purchasing & Site Administration professional to join our project team on site in Acate, Sicily .
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing local procurement of materials and providing administrative support on site, ensuring proper documentation, supplier coordination, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
️ Main Responsibilities
• Procure site materials, ensuring availability and on-time delivery
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers
• Manage invoices, delivery notes, and purchasing documentation
• Verify material deliveries with warehouse/site teams
• Perform administrative checks prior to invoice approval
• Support document management, reporting, and general site administration
• Assist with cost tracking and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
• Experience in procurement, administration, or construction environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset
• Local knowledge of the area is highly valued
