More at www.basic.net Who We're Looking For We are looking for a resource who, after a period of on-the-job training, will manage the technical IT assistance for users remotely and on site, at the company headquarters. In addition, he/she will provide support in the continuous updating of the information system, in order to improve the management of the service itself. A fixed-term contract is offered for maternity leave cover. Key Responsabilities Hardware and software configuration for PCs, printers, VoIP telephones, smartphones; Management and monitoring of user requests, remotely and on-site, via Help Desk ticketing system; PC preparation/installation/upgrades/licences/hardware parts replacement; Technical troubleshooting and support, device management and their functionalities (Printers /Wi-Fi/PCs/Projectors); IT supplier administrative management (quotations and orders).
