He/She has to ensure that key industrial constraints and processes are applied during production, that key planning information (lead time, stock levels, customer delivery planning, …) is known, managed and communicated, that project material is ordered efficiently and delivered on time to achieve project milestones.
1. To define action plan to reduce delivery risk (lead time, obsolescence, stock levels for internal and external warehouses) and to validate specific procurement anticipations
2. To assure a proper material delivery follow-up of the assigned products, securing material flow from suppliers, internal/external warehouses, final customer destination in term of procurement and logistics
3. To manage materials/components procurement plan taking care both the target of stock reduction and the service level to customer
4. Support to the definition of industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy with Industrialization and Sourcing department
5. Interface with Procurement / Material Planning to schedule Purchase Order
6. Interface with Logistics to schedule shipping
7. Supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic & shipment
Responsibilities:
8. Activate needs in ERP tool
9. Validate purchase request for “BUY product” and release work order for “MAKE product”
10. Interface with manufacturing team to set MPS at least monthly and to attend weekly meeting for the MFG follow-up status
11. Material variance analysis
12. Material movement management between sites and warehouses

13. ERP data accuracy
14. Definition and management of material procurement and delivery plan
15. On time material deliveries to the project
16. Inventory level and coverage
Organisational Reporting
17. The job holder will report directly to the Industrial Planning Manager

Educational Requirements
Educated to University Degree level in Engineering
English speaking
Experience
Minimum of 3 year experience in similar position or in Project Planning roles.
