Evaluate the organization#39;s future workforce needs to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs. The position will be based in Comunanza (AP), Italy. /p pb This role in summary /b /pp As HR Manager in this role, you will have the opportunity to be the HR referent for manufacturing employees in your perimeter of responsibility. /pp You will be responsible for driving the main HR processes (such as Talent Development, Organizational Design, Compensation Benefits, Employee Well-being and Engagement) throughout the organization. Moreover, you will have the chance to engage directly with some of the hard skills required for HR (local unions’ representatives, engagement projects, contractual obligations, etc.).
