As Applications Team Lead, you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers responsible for maximizing business value realization by implementing priorities effectively. How you'll make an impact Responsible for strategy and operations of applications for the business unit, HR management of the team, and associated budgets. Lead service and project teams. Ensure proper organization, staffing, skills, and direction within HR policies; facilitate strategic organizational development. Guide, motivate, and develop direct subordinates for the benefit of both the company and employees. Establish stable end-to-end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4 standards. Support and guide IT implementation projects. Create governance setups and conduct service/project reviews per global standards. Manage contracts with external vendors and perform activities required by internal controls, especially for ICoFR-relevant applications. Your background 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in global companies. At least 3 years managing third-party providers on a global scale. Understanding of software development lifecycles. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
