Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our Operations Team in Technogym Eastern Europe (Slovakia - Malý KrtíšYour ImpactAbout YouOversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity in plant´s operation: - Carpentry (mechanical workshop, welding robots and manual welding) - Painting (grinding, painting) - Assembly (assembly lines, upholstery) - Internal logistics within operations Takes responsibility for production in the required quality, volume, productivity and delivery times for customer Ensure sufficient resources for production (material, human, functional production equipment) Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in cooperation with other plant´s departments Manage budgets, resources, and cost control strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Lead, train, and mentor employees to foster a high-performance culture.
